Sara Dey-Hirshan is a curator, writer and researcher in digital and contemporary art specializing in media arts. She co-founded and co-directed the art and technology initiative Turbulence.org.
During her tenure, Dey-Hirshan partnered with the Daniel Langlois Foundation to launch the online residency Turbulence.org (2003-2008), and other projects that supported artists exploring creative uses of software.
She joined Rhizome, a digital arts organization, in 2008 as Director of Digital Initiatives.
